Sponsor a Future Cybersecurity Professional

Sponsor a virtual intern or entire intake of 28 interns to develop workplace preparedness, risk management and cybersecurity skills and by doing so you will be helping to inspire and educate individuals from our nominated beneficiary groups to become Future Cybersecurity Professionals.

Your sponsored “Intern(s)” will be taught the skills employers are seeking.

 

Each sponsored individual will:

• learn how to deploy the NIST Cyber Security Framework – attaining 350-hours equivalent of on-the-job-training (OJT);

• be mentored by industry leading cybersecurity professionals;

• learn vital business context and soft skills;

• complete the NCSC Certified NIST Cybersecurity Professional (NSCP) Foundation Certificate;

• be given assistance to raise their profile on social media; and 

• be introduced to hiring managers and recruiters.

Each sponsored individual will be encouraged to provide at least two updates of their progress on the programme so that you (the sponsor) can get a first hand account of their achievements.
